- Online participation: Free
Registration deadline: April 30, 2025 (Payment must also be completed by this date.)
Abstract submission deadline: March 7, 2025
What the Fee Covers:
- Access to all conference sessions (plenary, splinter, and workshop sessions)
- Coffee breaks and refreshments
- Conference materials (name badge, program booklet, etc.)
- Conference dinner
- Optional shuttle service to and from the venue (MPIA/HdA)

Important Notice: Spaces for in-person attendance and slots for talks and posters are limited.

Travel Grants: Limited travel grants may be available for early-career researchers and students. More details will be provided soon.
